Honduras on a Sunday Afternoon

Hello to all of you at home. We´re at the Mall and as you can see, we´ve accessed the blog. We´re doing well, although our bed at home is in our dreams every night. Moms bed ¨turned¨into a canoe on the first night and dad´s is 6 inches too short. The children have bright eyes and big smiles. We´ve worked hard painting a missionary apartment, 2 boys´dormitories, and 1 girls´dormitory at the orphanage. We had a fun afternoon giving gift bags to each child. The children range in ages from 4 yrs to 17 yrs. Several are groups of siblings. The roads to and from the orphanage to the main road look like a scene out of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. When it rains, they´re rivers and rock filled dry beds when the rain stops. More when we get home with all the photos. Oh, this past Friday at a public high school, approx 25 students gave their hearts to the Lord after our drama presentations and preaching. It was awesome. That´s all for now.

Love,
Mom and Dad

Mom and Dad,
I'm so glad to hear that things are going well down there and that the Lord is using you in awesome ways. I'm sure your bed will feel great once you're home though... we miss you!
love,
Becky

Hey everyone, that is sad about the beds but think of your beds in heaven. God is truly using you and you will be completely blessed when you return. I can't wait to see you and hear your voices again soon. I love you and miss you all. Fly safe.

In His Hands,
Steph
