Baby Dedication

Although these pictures aren't the greatest ever, we thought we would share a little bit of Nathaniel's baby dedication with you. He did a great job and wore his little white tuxedo like a trooper. He didn't like putting on the tie, however (read as "screaming bloody murder").
The after-party was nice, although it wasn't as big as we had planned. Nathaniel is giggling with abandon now. . . be prepared for slobbery kisses and gooey grins in June. No teeth yet. . .
On another note, my Department of Medicine graduation ceremony was last Thursday night. It was very nice. . . a catered dinner at a synagogue. . . never thought I would ever say that. Pediatric graduation is on June 20th.
Our trip to Oregon is coming very soon. The three of us will be coming out on the evening of June 4th with a "free day" on June 5th. Our first concert is at New Hope on the 6th with Crossroads Community in Vancouver on the 7th and Beaverton Four Square on the 8th. I still don't know when the actual flight times are, but we will let you know soon.
Anyway, I am working in the Peds ER this month; very busy and very interesting. On top of a trip to Tennessee this week (leaving tomorrow) and planning our trip to Oregon, we are all very busy. . . Nathaniel included. He has found his hands and now likes to try to stuff his entire hand in his mouth. Thank God he has such large hands. . . only two fingers fit.
More to come . . . love from NY

Boy, I can hardly wait to get my hands on that kid. He looks like a toddler, all grown up. Photos are great! What a joy to know that you both get to celebrate Mother's/Father's Days this year!
Dad and I have been making the last of our purchases for Honduras trip, and God is really blessing with some incredible buys. We're getting pretty excited about this trip.
Love to NY,
Mom
You guys are making awesome parents. As you know, pray over him constantly and set the rules now as to what he needs to do, or you will be hurting later.
We set rules, but Kai is likes to win at every thing. Pray for us as we continue to pray over him and "rein" his strong will, so that it may be used for the good and he will know what God is asking from him as he grows.
Nathaniel is so handsome in his little tuxedo. Kai wore shorts, a white vest and tie and proceeded to kick his shoes off right before we were called to go up, so no shoes.
Kai also lost hair in the same way that Nathaniel is, it will be interesting to see the similarities as they grow and become men.
Love ya
Steph
