The Emperor's New Clothes. . .

Well at least these are real. . .

This is Nathaniel's new suit for his first birthday (present from G&G Vaval) and he wears it like nobody's business. He struts around thinking he's on 5th Avenue or better yet, Park Avenue.




Flirting with the camera is his specialty. I have no idea where he got this! He has all the ladies (including those in their 30s and 40s) around his little finger, and seems to enjoy flirting with them as a way to pass the time. Unfortunately, this is often during the sermon.

This is Daphnie's sister Vanessa (Nathaniel's godmother) with Nathaniel. She is in her junior year at Long Island University as a Business major. She has also helped us a great deal this past year by watching Nathaniel when we're in a pinch.

Anyway, just thought I would say hello and that everything continues to go well here in NYC.

Daphnie had her first appointment last week and the ultrasound looks good. Everything is where it's supposed to be. . . the nausea continues, but God's helping us through it. The cold and flu season has finally hit our home with Nathaniel's eternally runny nose and a cough which started a couple days ago. I woke up with it this morning and have to pull a 24 hour shift tonight. We'll see how that goes.

We have yet to go to contract on the house as the seller's are taking their time in making decisions. It's a little aggravating, but God willing we will be in the house by April/May. Continue to pray for us that God will make things swift, smooth and error-free.

Well, it was fun having the Londoners around last weekend, but the time went super fast. Hopefully the next time will be for a longer duration. We had a great time together!
